And we want to have confidence that candidates can operate successfully adhering to such principles – that they are change agents in the direction of openness, sustainabliity, and justice. Although each interview is only 20 minutes long, we've asked candidates to familiarize themselves with our website – as the interviewers will do with the candidate's website if s/he has one. Interviews are informal, focusing on common goals and approaches to issues. We hope to get a sense of how candidates deal with complex challenges and conflicting demands.
